Privacy policy

TTP Trainer has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no servers of its own. Your study progress stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud.

Effective 14 September 2026. Applies to the TTP Trainer app for iPhone published by Bandly.

What the app stores

• A first name, if you enter one. It is only used for greetings inside the app.
• Study progress: quiz answers, XP, level, streak days, awards and learning path results.
• Preferences: reminder time, read-aloud voice and speed, the active content pack.

All of this is stored on your device. Bandly never receives it.

iCloud

If you are signed in to iCloud, the app keeps a copy of your name and study progress in the private area of your iCloud account, so the same progress appears on your other devices. Only you can read that data; Apple's iCloud terms govern it. The app works fully without iCloud.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. If you are signed in, the app reports your XP to two leaderboards and your earned awards as achievements. Apple runs Game Center and controls what other players can see under your Apple Account settings. If you never set a name in the app, it suggests your Game Center display name; nothing else is read from Game Center.

Notifications

The daily streak reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device at a time you choose. No push server is involved and nothing leaves your device.

Crash and diagnostic reports

If you have agreed to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, or you use a TestFlight build, Apple may send Bandly anonymous crash reports and TestFlight feedback that you submit. These contain no study data.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings (the gear on the Home tab). Delete all progress removes every record on the device, and iCloud carries that deletion to your other devices. Erase synced progress and start over also removes the app's records from your iCloud account. Deleting the app removes its local data. Game Center scores and achievements are managed in your Apple Account settings.

Children

TTP Trainer is a professional study tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date.
